Returns
We hope you are happy with your items but realise that sometimes people may need to return items. We accept returns up to 28 days from order date. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging for a refund to be considered. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items. We suggest you use a signed for service and retain your proof of sending.

Refunds
From the date of your return, it can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to process your return.
Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card and the funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (this depends on your card issuer).
We’ll promise to keep you in the loop and send you an email when we have processed your refund.
